52 Week Project – Week 4

Welcome to week 4 of our 52 week project. one of my biggest problems is choosing only one image for a project like this. Last night, I took so many great images of Maggie but rules are rules! So without further ado, here is the one that I choose, I hope that you like it!

Strobist info; Canon 1d Mark 4, 70-200 f 2.8L IS Mark 2 @ 100mm, Quantum Q-flash 1/4 power 1/2 CTO gel shot through a Westcott Halo Pro plus modifier at Camera left, 580 EX 2 set to 1/8 power as an accent. ISO 800 F9- 1/100 sec. All triggered by Pocketwizards!

52 Week Project- Week 3

Running a full time studio by myself can be difficult at times. Finding time for a project like this can be really challenging and I am only in my third week. What a wimp! But I did make it out to get the shot that I wanted and I hope that you like it.

Strobist info; Canon 1d Mark 4 – 70-200 2.8L mark 2 @ 200mm ISO 800 – f2.8 – 1/50 sec – Quantum Q flash 1/8 power camera left shot through a 45″ Westcott Halo Pro-Plus 3 feet from subject. Second strobe (580 ex 2) 1/4 power behind subject to my right 8 feet from her.
